Custom Orders
To begin working on a custom order, we ask for a 40% down payment. All down payments are non refundable. Balance is due upon shipping.
Variation of Box
Inspire Expressions offers a variety of box designs. Based on availability our signature reusable packaging boxes vary with each order.
Shipping and Handling
The following shipping and handling rates apply to "Ready to Go" items shipped to one destination within the continental US. Call for shipping quote on international orders. On custom orders a shipping estimate will be provided with the quote.

Returns and Exchanges
"Ready to Go" items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the ship date. To return or exchange an item, please call 321.693.9315 during business hours (Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm EST) to receive a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and we can not except returns without prior authorization.
Custom orders can not be returned.
Order Confirmation
The receipt of an order confirmation, via email or any other method, does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Inspire Expressions, llc reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of Information may be required prior to acceptance of an order.
